Migrate Music Forte Payment and Commissions to Solid Trust Pay

For those in Music Forte using PayPal to receive commissions and your credit card to pay your subscriptions, we suggest you migrate to Solid Trust Pay ASAP. For those not in Music Forte yet, then use Solid Trust Pay for payments and commissions from the outset.

Here's why:
a) Solid Trust Pay is an affiliate program in it's own right, paying 1% of transaction fees for deposits and withdrawals (but not member to member transfers) down 2 levels
